On-draught at my favourite NYC beer bar. 10oz pour ran me $7.
Head recedes inside 2 minutes, leaving no lacing. Body colour is a murky orange-copper of below average vibrance.
AROMA: Faint. Maybe a kiss of orange peel citrus? A blip of the tropical fruit you'd expect in a Mosaic hopped beer, but no blueberry.
Quite muted.
TASTE & TEXTURE: Sticky tropical fruit. No blueberry. Hardly showcases Mosaic well. Pale malts keep it balanced. Zest. Overripe tangerine.
Smooth, wet, citrusy, medium-bodied, well-carbonated, of average softness.
Not oily, gushed, hot, boozy, astringent, harsh, or scratchy.
OVERALL: Drinkable enjoyable fare, but far from Equilibrium's finest work.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a hazy dark orange, pretty damn turbid, with a big creamy looking head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like you'd expect something Mosaically hopped to smell like, pretty sweet juicy and fruit, with powdered sugar covered pineapple, peach, and slight pine.
Like most Mosaic dominant beers, this runs a bit too sweet for my tastes. There's not enough bitterness to balance the candied sweetness. That being said- it still is quite tasty. There's lot of peach- almost tastes like those peach rings, with pineapple, sweet grapefruit, a slight hint of malt, and just a hint of pine on the finish- not very much at all.
This has a pretty creamy mouthfeel, with a pretty soft feel to it.
They absolutely nailed the mouthfeel, and it's definitely made well, but Mosaic will never be one of my favorite hops.

L - fairly dark orange, hazy but not completely opaque, not much head but lots of lacing
S - malt and yeast are noticeable, hops bring some fleshy stone fruit and mango, surprisingly little of the indescribable dank/diesel/guava weirdness mosaic usually brings (for better or worse), not as super pungent as their doubles (unsurprisingly)
T - medium to low bitterness, slight sweetness, loads of sticky fleshy fruit and orange juice
F - great, same as their other IPAs, medium-low carbonation, medium-high thickness
O - among NYS breweries it seems most like something Grimm would brew
