Pours an opalescent tinged peach on the outskirts. Stormier, looming and thunderous central cylinder of color. Notes of floral honey, blueberry, and bubblegum. This Mosaic-beer presents itself as a minty-bubbly tangerine gum hybrid. Light and refreshing on the palate like an etheral spray of piney listerine. Sweet, juicy, chewy, and the least bit of dankness form the overall profile of a very stylized beer.

Poured from a 750 ml growler into a tulip glass.
Pours a completely opaque golden color with a finger of creamy white head. The head has great retention, leaving an epic amount of lacing before settling into a thin film.
The aroma is pungent and earthy, and it just punches you in your fat face with the mosaic fist of justice. Lots of papaya and mangoes, as well as some subtle grapefruit. The back end is spicy, piney, and herbal. As the beer warms, there are some fresh berry notes in the middle. This is unequivocally a mosaic hopped beer.
The flavor is the absolute perfect representation of the sexiest hop out there. Mangoes, papaya, and oranges lead the way, followed by a wave of grapefruit and sticky pine needles. Finishes with a faint touch of malt and sweet berries.
The feel is medium bodied with moderately low carbonation. Creamy and smooth, with a coating bitterness. Finishes fairly dry. Despite the higher ABV, the alcohol is nigh undetectable.
Overall, holy shit this beer is amazing. You get literally everything great about the mosaic hop crammed into one beer. It's dank, it's earthy, yet tropical and sweet, with plenty of piney bitterness for good measure. This beer is hop Armageddon. Well played, Equilibrium.
