Pretty sure that I traded for this beer while in line at Other Half but unsure as to when that happened. Regardless of that, I always enjoy getting my hands on something from Equilibrium and this was one of those brews that reminded myself why that's the case! Complex, solid, and easy to drink, this had a lot going for it without being overly boozy or strong. At the end of the day, that's all I can ask for from an American IPA!

Quality pour to this as the liquid was hazy, golden, and a bit waxy in appearance without being too heavy-handed. Plenty of head topped it off as the lacing that was left behind was quite bubbly, webbed, and extensive; coating much of the top half of my pint glass. Stone fruit, wheat, and dank hops filled the nose as the taste contained all of those as well. Mango, guava, and minestrone soup emerged in the taste as a deep, pineapple tone took hold once this fully warmed up. Slick and not terribly carbonated, this was an old beer (even though there wasn't a date on the bottom of the can) that held up well over time and lacked any visible sediment at the bottom of the liquid.

Really surprised at how little alcohol was in this as well, as it felt much stronger than it was in actuality. Sure, I would have preferred a fresh can but this was enjoyable and unique for it's style. Not for the average hophead, this beer would appeal to those looking for a brew with an edge and an identity. Glad I was able to give it a go!

Pours hazy golden with a one finger head. Arana of pineapple and big mango. Taste his hasva creaminess to it almost milkshake like. Big citra , with a mango and pineapple middle. Very light bitter finish. This is a great one from equilibrium. Big fan of them.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like pure mango, with a bit of creamy pineapple, and a hint of pine.

This has a really wonderful creaminess to it- it verges on milkshake like. The Citra absolutely shines, with a great mango and pineapple interplay. There's a clean and subtle bitterness, with no malt character.

This is medium bodied, rich and definitely creamy, with a very high level of drinkability.

This is my first can from these guys. I've loved the beers on draft I've had, but it's also great to see that they're canning well at the beginning.
