Batch 2

Appearance: Pours the color of blueberry juice with a one finger head atop the liquid; speckles of lacing

Smell: Tart wheat aromas with passionfruit dominant, some blueberry and a hint of guava

Taste: Tart wheat flavors forward with passionfruit and sour blueberry developing; increasingly sour, with just a hint of guava in the finish

Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation; puckery

Overall: Not all of the fruits come through equally here but that may be because this was brewed in 2021

All kinds of tart. Tart, luscious, sour perfection. Glows a beautiful Burmese ruby hue like an Arabian princess on a three day weekend… It's just good. So Raul says get it. Don’t run over your mama on the way doing so. But get it as safely as possible. And for everything holy, please use your blinker when you’re turning. And also place your shopping cart in the corral when you’re done using it too. Ok, Raul is done here.

750ml capped bottle into Night Shift stemware. Shared with schen9303.

Color is pretty special. Blueberry puree with a more pink hue. Nose is pungent tropical fruit. Its all there. Mellow blueberry, bright passion fruit and a huge kick of guava. This is almost too good to be true! Beer opens guava refreshing tartness followed by blueberry sweetness and passion fruit towards the end. Puckering throughout but never overwhelmingly so. The fruit displays in waves adding a juicy sweet balance. Incredible. Body is light with ample carbonation. Puckering on the palate and lively and aggressive going down with a puckering, filmy finish.

Super drinkable, super flavorful and just overall really impressive. This is the best sour they've put out to date.
