This is the hoppiest beer ever brewed at Equilibrium to date. We were discussing with Jeppe how we consider Fluctuation to be perfectly unbalanced and he suggested that we push things even further. We decided to brew Even More Unbalanced together using a blend of Citra, Galaxy, Denali, Mosaic, and Amarillo with boundary pushing hop totals. It pours an intensely hazy glowing tangerine color releasing a penetrating hop blast of bright tropical mango, pineapple, apricot, and berry. The taste is blended tropical fruit that showcases the EQ juice experiments to date while remaining fluffy but with a proper bitterness for balance. If we would do anything over with this batch it would only be to change its name to: Give me your car keys. Please drink this responsibility, it’s a touch dangerous and can sneak up on you quickly.

Pours as dark tan an IPA as I’ve ever seen, cloudy, mildly fuzzy head and lacing. Smell is tropical, earthy, notes of mango and pineapple. Taste is subtly citrusy, mango, orange, pineapple, apricot, a bit of a tangy aftertaste. Medium bodied, very subtle for a TIPA, booze is hidden nicely. Very tasty, grew on me.

Canned 5/10/2023. Poured 6/7/2023 into spiegelau glass. This is a tough one to rate. Hard to get past the off-putting appearance of cloudy over-ripe apple cider.
Very smooth. Smell and taste of tropical fruits.
10% abv undetectable.
Maybe I’m missing something…based on past experience with Equilibrium Beers, I was predisposed to loving this beer, but it’s just not doing it for me.

Version 3. Evil twin collab. Lots of hop flavour without palate erasure. A Good imperial IPA, enjoyed at Equilibrium. Wish everyone would brew DIPA like 'dis.

Another delivery to office from the govt economic shutdown that didn't have to be. Say the catchphrase!

Pours a light hazy orange color. Triple ipa, gotta have some barley going for it, hence the throwback appearance. Sizeable 4/5" white head, didn't expect it to go that big, pleasant. The aroma has a massive hop bill, but once you're filling a whole hand with the different number of varieties, you just get this hop salad, which is fine unless you're trying hard to pull specific attributes. Insert every hop descriptor ever here.

Taste was well done, again, every hop attribute listed. The body is slightly bigger than their smaller abv beers, but it doesn't scale up too hard thankfully. Does hide the abv pretty well without getting too sticky or heavy. Its warming but far less than your average 10%'er. Bitterness seems in the 70ibu range.

One in and you're buzzed, these come in handy when time is money. Its well done, second tier triple ipa stuff that comes close to VT and CA world class stuff in the same realm of tipas.

Can. White head with lace. Hazy burnt sunset orange.

The abv shows but in a good way. Very approachable triple. Mango, papaya, and melon. Surprisingly soft. Tropical and juicy.

L - gentle glowing sunset haze with a dark, mysterious center. Oily head's got a good fluff to it.

S - pungent pineapple with a heaping helping of zest. Sweet melon sugar and a dripping, tropical melange of orange, tangerine, papaya, and grape.

T - surprisingly fresh and vibrant for this ABV. Usually you get a sticky hop oil bomb, but this is pleasantly floral, bright, and lively. Cantaloupe and sweet cereal grains. Vanilla and peach creamsicle. The usual orangey suspects along with apricot, guava, and subtle ripe pineapple. Finish is neutral, leaning toward grainy.

F - silky with muted carbonation, a good complement to this beer. Again, doesn't feel like 10% at all. One of the more dangerous beers I've come across.

O - nicely balanced and crafted for a TIPA. The name is actually a bit ironic because this is anything but unbalanced chaos. The great flavor does melt away a little too quickly, but there's an easy fix for that: take another sip.
