Poured this one from a 750 into a flute, got a huge head of foam from a not-so aggressive pour, head subsided within three to five minutes into about 3/4 inch. Beer looks essentially the same as the standard TABA, maybe a little darker gold. Definitely getting pineapple on the nose but it doesn't club you over the head. Smells a little vinegary but not the worst you'll ever likely run across.
This beer tastes quite a bit like the non-fruited version. Big pop of tartness right off the bat. Subtle pineapple, probably about what you would expect based on the nose. Dry finish, zero aftertaste after a few seconds. This beer is not viscous. I'm going to say it's on the thinner side of medium.
Another non-IPA from Equilibrium that is not really going to offend anyone, but that doesn't break any new ground. You've probably tasted plenty of sours that are barely distinguishable from this one. The pineapple is a swell idea and it enhances the flavor of the beer from my perspective, but please keep in mind that this is a fairly subtle flavor characteristic so don't expect it to be especially prominent. Recommend with some reservation.
