Unlikely Foragers (Single Thread)

We blended the majority of Unlikely Foragers with base Austin to add depth and complexity. As an experiment, we bottled 200 of the unblended base and allowed it to condition for several months. Unlikely Foragers Single Thread will be released today to celebrate the holiday, throw back to spring time, and the start of our taproom journey. This version is more dandelion forward with a very soft and gentle acidity. It’s beautifully soft and balanced.
