16 oz can from alexsergio dated 02/15/19 into ploughsare widemouthed glass.
hazy amber orange with a tall white fluffy head of 2 fingers receding to a ring leaving tons of destruction behind.
Distinct stiff plant aromas with earth and grass, slight nectarine, slight apricot, and then persimmon. Points for originality.
Flavor brings that familiar plant aroma to the palate, with lots of heavy potent white breakfast grapefruit, jackfruit, woody pineapple, a couple squeezes of lime, and faint pine on the finish.
Feel is crisp and juicy, with some lingering acidity and resins, with a creamy undercurrent.
Overall, a tasty and unique IIPA, definitely not something you'll find copied elsewhere. If you like stark white grapefruit and a plethora of unusual members of the citrus family represented, this is for you!
