Pours a dingy iced tea color with plenty of particles & one+ finger of eggshell colored head. Quite frankly, one of the ugliest beers I've seen in a long time. Sheets of lacing & very nice head retention
S: Nice tropical fruits & a little Stone fruit
T: Mangoes, a little coconut pineapple, dryness & limes up front. Sweet oranges, pineapple, mangoes & a little dryness & lime once this beer is warmed up. Sweet oranges, a touch of grapefruit, dryness, mangoes &a little coconut in the finish
MF Medium body, restrained carbonation, nice balance
Drinks super easy, ABV is well hidden. The nose and the ghastly appearance dragged this beer down rating-wise. I will use the Heady Topper rule for my remaining beers

Thick orange look with a nice head.
Citrus and pine notes that I like to smell.
Lemon and orange, some pineapple too.and oh grapefruit.
Chewy medium feel, long finish. Puckering too.
I admit this beer isn't my top style, having said that I always rate according to style,
This could use a tad more juice but the sum of parts is real good.a tasty drinking brew.

Canned 5/11/23 (1 month ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium to dusky orange color with a massive white head that lingers and laces the glass. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange citrus, lemon citrus, tropical pineapple, peach, mango with some hints of lime. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors of orange citrus, papaya, tropical pineapple, melon in hint of peach and mango. This is followed by a citrusy yeast which somewhat cleanses the palate to finish dry with a light bite of pine. (4.00)
Feel: Medium bodied strong carbonation fish is relatively dry and clean but still being juicy. (4.25)
Compared to EQ Cosmic Proportions 6/2023: Pours darker, larger head. Similar aromas. More peach and mango creamsicle. Less lemon/lime citrus and vinous notes. Dryer and cleaner and less juicy. Winner: Cosmic Proportions
Compared to EQ mc2 6/2023: Pours slightly darker, similar head and aromas. More green melon and juicy mango. Less fruit punch, peach, mango flesh. Juicier and slightly sweeter.
Compared to EQ Origami Paper Airplanes 7/2023: Pours slightly lighter, similar head. Similar aromas. Less earthy tangerine, orange, and peach notes. More juicy and tropical pineapple and melon. Slightly more juicy and sweet, but overall similar. Winner: Ocean Vibes
Overall: Excellent haze from EQ once again. The Idaho and Sabro pair perfectly to give it some tropical pineapple, guava and melon flavors that mixes with the classic mango creamsicle EQ flavor. A hint of pine. Leans dry and cleaner than usual. (Rating: 4.15)

I can imagine sitting on the beach drinking this beer with no care in the world! Then I wake up and realize the beach is just a figment of my imagination but this beer is this very refreshing. Nice color, nose and taste.

Incredible passion and tropical fruits are enjoyable to taste, a light mouthfeel. Great drinker and taste on tap at the source, Equilibrium. Worth trying.

If you're connected closely with the breweries of Equilibrium and Vitamin Sea, then life is always a beach. But for those lucky enough to enjoy their collaboration imperial IPA then an ocean filled session awaits.
Pale and burnish in its golden haze, Ocean Vibes hits the glass with a foamy and ivory froth that floats a nearly opaque ale. As the aromas of citrus, tropical, berry and stone fruit bring a complex fruit cocktail to the senses, so do hints of grassy herb, vinous and melon-like scents. As a sheet of creamy malts give first impressions of cereal, honey and shortcake, the early taste is juicy and nearly vanilla-like.
As the hops unfold on the middle palate, the more citrusy tones strike first with tangerine, red grapefruit and a kiss of lemon. Not to be outdone, a bold tropical complement of papaya, passionfruit, mango and pineapple all add to the cornucopia of fruit. All wrapped in that classic EQ juice character, a plump taste of cantaloup and pear add a juicy succulence before a drier, spicier and more bitter taste expires.
Medium bodied and trending more dry than usual, the spicier imperial hazy ale finishes malty-dry and slightly more bitter than bitter-sweet. Herbal flavors of fresh spruce, peppery herb, lemongrass and verbena steers the session in a green tea direction with hints of white grape and fresh citrus zest in aftertaste.
