Pours a hazy matte peach color. Completely opaque and hazy. Thick 3 finger white head dissipates steadily leaving just a thin layer of tight off-white foam. Lots of sticky white lacing is left behind on the glass as the beer is consumed.
Aroma is really odd - there are notes of lemon and lime - but along with that come notes of fresh mint, lemon thyme, and a distinct woodiness. I know citra hops are in this beer, but I do not get any tradition citra hop notes on the nose.
Taste follows the nose with more of the same - lemon, lime and mint with a vegetal herbiness that gives way to a woody bitterness on the finish. Its moderately sweet with some mild notes of vanilla. the interplay of the lemon and the vanilla gives off impressions of the creamy limoncello.
Feel is medium to fuller bodied, somewhat thick and creamy. Mild, gentle carbonation.
Overall its an interesting beer - well crafted - but the hops that it showcase are not ones I personally really liked.
