A Zoom call with Tripping Animals had us talking about Kangaroos, Aussie hops, and Pete’s newest kicks, his “Sweetness” Roos. We decided to showcase a new favorite combination of Enigma and Galaxy hops in a TIPA before adding copious amounts of Marshmallow.
Aussie Sweetness pours a milky yellow with explosive aroma of sweet Fluff and citrus. We get flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and papaya in a thick and creamy milkshake like flavor. Notes of fruits and cool whip meets creamsicles doused with liquid fluff all wrapped up in our #EQjuice finish. This beer is extremely fun, very decadent and truly does represent, Aussie Sweetness! It may have you running over the holiday weekend like nine-time Pro Bowl selectee and Pro Football Hall of Famer… Mike Ditka once described Walter “Sweetness” Payton # 34 as the greatest football player he had ever seen – but an even greater human being.
Shout out to Tripping Animals for the label art!

Purchased as part of a 4 pack from the brewery. No visible date on the can.
L- Very murky hazy golden color.
S- Strong alcohol upfront. Robust hop
nose with a subtle vanilla aroma.
T- Hot hoppiness with bitterness upfront.
Fairly well balanced with the
marshmallow.
F- Equilibrium smooth mouthfeel.
O- A solid TIPA. I was a little worried that
this would be “over the top “ but it’s
a nicely balanced TIPA with
marshmallow!

Extremely heavy, creamy mouthfeel. Like drinking an Orange creamsicle. Definitely a sipper that will take you some time to finish. Wouldn’t buy again but great from the tap.

Pours a hazed golden color with a white head. Smell was papaya ,and sweet marshmallow. Taste was fruity tropical notes of pineapple mango papaya and citrus. A too sweet mouth feel for me marshmallow adds creaminess,at the price point and this style would never buy again, it is worth a try.

Pours a super hazy orange with a finger plus of short lived white head. Aroma is all sweet marshmallowy Fluff and orange. Taste is an artificial, super sweet with orange and tangerine notes. The sweetness is pretty overwhelming. Medium-full body with moderate carbonation. It’s really hard for me to get past the sweetness here. I’ve had two other cans from the four pack but I split those with two other people. Having this can all to myself is kind of a chore.
