While continuing to pivot and adjust in a rapidly changing world of guidelines and restrictions, our fulcrum has definitely been challenged over the last few months. Thanks to our awesome team, we have been keeping in balance as best as possible despite what comes our way. Spinning functions just like fractals to stay in balance leads the way to our newest set, Super Fractal Fulcrum Set. Despite the situation we are all in, we all we want to find a balance.
Super Fractal Fulcrum Set is a big TIPA version of Fulcrum using our Fractal Set Fermentation process. White wheat and oats for a soft base lead the way with a scaled up amount of a Citra and Idaho-7 whirlpool. We then dry hopped it with copious amounts of Nelson, Strata, and Citra. Super Fractal Fulcrum Set pours a bright and hazy yellow. Aromas of citrus, papaya, grass, and pineapple waft from the glass as you pour and on your first sip you’ll notice extremely smooth flavors of mango, passionfruit, sweet cantaloupe, and berry in a big #EQjuice forward flavor. This beer has a creamy and soft mouthfeel with an extremely drinkable finish.

Classic equilibrium pour: hazy orange with whipped white head and lacing. A large cornucopia of fruit in the nose: mango, peach, white grape, lemon, huge nectarine, yuzu, huge papaya, and melon, with grassy and resinous hops to finish. Taste follows, adding kiwi with subtle guava and berries underneath all the fruits from the nose, good hops kick on the finish. Amazing balance, juicy, hopped on the finish, so smooth and creamy. Very refreshing.

Pours a hazy pale orange with two full fingers of dense white, long lasting head. Aroma has melon, grass, and a citrus note. Taste is melon forward with orange, mango, and grassy notes. Very smooth. Medium-full body, moderate carbonation. Super tasty and drinkable, another great TIPA from Equilibrium.

Look - Pours a thick yellow/orange haze with a dense white head. The carbonation meanders to the surface slowly.
Smell - Notes of mango, orange, and peace are up front.
Taste - This beer is a juice explosion of citrus, mango, and papaya. Beneath that is an effervescent berry quality to the taste. There is very little bitterness, if any at all.
Feel - It's very soft on the palate even though it is noticeably viscous. The sweetness is not cloying and each sip leaves you wanting another.
Overall - A big and juicy TIPA that drinks much easier than it's abv would suggest.
