After further refinements to our recipe, and being lagered for nearly 2 months, we bring you our third pilsner. We chose a name to honor our first street address, Henry St! It pours with a dense white head and pale golden color and has soft floral and crushed biscuit aroma. The flavor is elegant and crispy with an earthy grassiness and extremely clean finish with just a pleasant bitterness to round it out. We are excited for you to try our latest iteration of our blossoming lager program, we feel it’s a perfect companion for easy drinking summer days.

16 ounce can - $3.75 at Woodstock Beer Market in Woodstock, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a hazy, dark yellow-hued body with a meringue-like, white head.
Smell: A husky, mealy graininess with some subtler floral, earthy, herbal hints and a distant touch of camphor.
Taste: Lightly grainy, mealy malts akin to just sticking some spent pale malted grain on the tongue. Slightly sweet. Herbal, lightly earthy hops. A little uptick in fruitiness. Has a bit of an odd finish with the curious camphor hint.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not many breweries can be good at everything. If we're being honest here, some aren't good at anything whatsoever. Equilibrium, the IPAs are fine, even the porter I had that one time was good. Maybe let's just hang it up on the lagers.

16oz can online order shipped from the brewery.
Poured into a teku. Deep gold color with dense white head that has a fairly decent retention.
Crisp and clean start with a bitterly hop finish. It's not too bad but I would not buy it again.

Pours a dark yellow with what looks to be some chill haze and a finger of short lived sort of frothy white head. Aroma is sweet grainy Pils malt with some spicy, floral hops, maybe a touch of DMS. Taste is more of the same. Medium light body and moderately high carbonation. Overall this just isn’t doing it for me. I don’t think EQ is really that far off from a better Pils but there isn’t much of a margin for error on the style.

Chill haze orange-amber with a short fuzzy off-white head.
This one is sharp and almost skunky of weedy bitter hops that are almost acidic, with a mild toasted malt trying to push in before a dry finish.
Clearly they've got more work to do on the non-IPA front.
