Collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Company
During our @Amaeyzing trip to visit the HPA hop farms in Australia with Jean and Collin from Tired Hands, we crushed many beautiful low ABV ales together and were reminded that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and is beautiful. In turn, This trippy down under inspired:
P acific Pale Ale starts with a base of 2-Row and Wheat and is
H opped with 100% Galaxy whirlpool and Dry Hop and
0 Pacific north west hops to set the stage for a new experiment 016 hops. We Took EQ’s
P hoton pale ale brewing process and some magical tricks from Tired Hand’s
H op Hands and a label that Pete drew with Jean when his head was filled with @Furphy and Jeans head was filled with Furphy +++
Y ou can imagine things looked just as trippy as this label.
Ph0phy pours a lemon yellow with a billowy bright white head. This trippy summer crusher mutilates thirst with delicate notes of pineapple, cucumber, and lime.

A: The beer is rather hazy light yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberries and lime citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime citrus and finishes with notes of spicy hops and hints of grassy hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The light body nature of this pale ale makes it very easy to drink but it packs in the amount of hop aromas and flavors that you would expect from an IPA.

Really great for a pale. The tired hands influence shines through. More balanced less sweet juiciness than most EQ brews. Immensely crushable.
