Taking inspiration from the Weldworks Bits beer series and our beer, Fluctuation, we fused the two to create Bitrate Fluctuation.
A bitrate is the number of bits per second that can be transmitted along a digital network. These fluctuations in transmission describe the rate at which bits are transferred from one location to another. In other words, it measures how much hoppy goodness is transmitted to your palate in a given amount of time. Given our Zoom call and this new way to collaborate we hope to keep the bits flowing.
We took our Fluctuation base added lots of Oats and Wheat and combined it Citra whirlpool and a dry hop of Strata, Lotus and BRU-1. Bitrate Fluctuation pours a hazy tangerine and has citrus and floral aroma with flavors of tropical orange, papaya, rich saturated pineapple, and bright berries in a creamy #EQjuice finish with just a touch of bite that will keep your brain BPS (Bits Per Second) flowing freely with each sip!

Hazed white grapefruit juice. Good citrusy, dank and light funky hop aroma and flavor; fairly juicy. Good balance with little to no bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth.

Poured from pint can into imperial pint glass.
A: Pours a very hazy orange yellow hue with 2 inch billowy white head with excellent retention.
S: Tangerine, pine, grapefruit pith, soft lemon, herbal grass, and subtle lime, pineapple, and orange.
T: Tangerine, pine, soft pineapple and lemon, mango cream, juicy orange, and tart lime. Hints of sweet grapefruit, white grape, and herbal grass.
M: Wow! Medium body. Super soft and velvety, coating and creamy feel. Layers of citrus and tropical fruit sweetness. Lingers and matures beautifully on the palate.
D: Such an unbelievably good beer! Hop expression is top notch and the balance is perfection. Hits the perfect sweet spot of complex, interesting, refreshing, and sessionable all at the same time. Tremendous!

Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves a pretty nice medium size island, and some pretty nice thick creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, mango, nectarines, peach, melon, guava), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, papaya, pineapple, mango, nectarines, peach, melon, guava), pretty nice little sweetness, very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!

It is a middle of the road double IPA. Nothing is offensive. Price in consideration, it's okay. I will caveat with it might be a potentially old brew.

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a murky deep gold with a brief off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is orange rind, pineapple, tropical fruits, and a bit of pine resin. Mouthfeel is bordering on chewy. Finish is citrus gradually fading to a slight bitterness. Overall, a very good DIPA but I'm not 100% sure it's worth the 6 bucks I paid for this can....
