The Koru is a spiral shape based on the appearance of a new unfurling silver fern frond. It is an integral symbol in New Zealand Māori art, carving and tattooing, where it symbolizes new life, growth, strength and peace. Utilizing the same fermentation process and grain bill as its cousin, Super Fractal Koru Set, we made this beer with 100% Nelson from Hop Revolutions first ever harvest. We are very excited to work with Dr. Susan Wheeler and her team from Hop Revolutions moving forward.

Koru pours like a glass of OJ and has a matching aroma crossed with lime and mango. Flavors of grove stand orange juice, papaya, lime and berry lead with a hint of green grape and earthiness. The explosive OJ and berry juice flavors come together with a soft and creamy mouthfeel and our signature #EQjuice finish. A hidden ABV is dangerous and it may have you seeing spirals sooner than you think.

Hazy orangey yellow body with two fingers of tight white foam. Orange, berries, mango, papaya, pear, and dry hop aromas. Taste open up more with the juiciness, add some white grape and melon to the party, vibrant with resin and dry hops to round out. Feel is soft, juicy, wonderfully balanced for a triple ipa, and frothily smooth. Equilibrium does it again!
