Here's another purchase from those direct to your door kill the economy mandates.

Pours a lightly bright yellow and cloudy/hazy. 3/4" white head. The aroma had a pineapple and orange edge to it. I believe Citra and Strata are the hops up in here.

Taste continues the predictably reliable citrus and tropical flavors. Where this beer truly excels is at its ability to make 8.5% abv totally crushable. Seriously, these drink effortlessly. Light carb and low bitterness certainly push this notion, the flaked body I presume also contributes to getting a buzz so easy. Citrus begins to take a more diversified almost neomexicanus like lemon lime citrus combo alongside a very small amount grapefruit rind. Tropical seems to stay with pineapple and that is plenty fine to me.

It didn't reinvent the wheel, but it is a very fine wheel they developed. Its not just super functional, it looks pretty cool too, so I'm happy with another EQ beer here.

Poured from pint can into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a mostly clear lemon yellow hue with slight haze and 1/2 inch bubbly white head with decent retention.
S: Lemon and sweet grapefruit citrus with subtle tangerine and mango.
T: Soft sweet lemon and mango cream with sweet grapefruit, tangerine, peach, dank pineapple, and a hint of key lime.
M: Light-medium body. Soft and delicate citrus sweetness with a creamy feel. Lingers beautifully on the palate.
D: Excellent example of style! Very approachable with a lovely hop expression. Seek it out!

8.5% DIPA

Poured from a 16oz. can into a Rastal Teku glass.

LOOK: Good looking NE DIPA. Pours a nice hazy orange-yellow. Beautiful, long-lasting lacing.

SMELL: Citrus, grapefruit.

TASTE: Love it. Grapefruit/mango right off the bat. Pretty mellow through the middle. Maybe just a hint of booze/hops on the back.

FEEL: Very light and crisp with . Light to medium of thickness and light coating. Refreshing.

OVERALL: Totally enjoyed it. Check all of the boxes I like in a NEIPA. Color, haze, grapefruit, crisp and refreshing... Would buy again.

Pours a light hazy golden yellow color with a fresh thin head . Smell is herbal and dank with citrus. Taste is citra forward very dank and juicy, spritzers of lemon lime and pine and a herbal note in finish. A crisp and dry mouth feel with medium carbonation, more dry than sweet for a DIPA, good stuff.

From the EQ Instagram post: “Sparticle Beam is our newest DIPA based off a graduated version of one of our favorite Pale Ales of 2020, Sparticle Physics. Phasers, rayguns, ion cannons, disruptors use beams of high-energy particles to engage their targets similar to how Sparticle Beam uses an aggressive hop bill of Strata and Citra to engage your palate. When scaling up a beer we already love, the results are lethally delicious.
Sparticle Beam starts off with a big dose of oats and wheat for the base and an astronomical amount of Strata and Citra in both the whirlpool and dry hop. Pouring a glowing yellow, aromas of dank peach and lime are at the forefront with flavors of big citrus, stone fruit, dank pineapple, lime, and the devils lettuce. With a pillow like mouthfeel laced with tropical fruit this beer sends a waves of #EQjuice flavor and assaults all the senses.” Very nice DIPA.
