Collaboration with Electric Brewing Company.
We started off with a base of raw wheat, flaked wheat, and flaked oats before adding our absolute biggest hoping rate yet of Citra, Strata, and Galaxy. Pouring an electric yellow, an intense hop aroma greets you with flavors of bold citrus, pineapple chunks in syrup, and an assorted melons with a creamsicle like mouthfeel. Bold and deep flavors morph into a creamy finish with a beautiful expression of our #EQjuice finish.

Savages & Savants
Equilibrium Brewery
IPA - Imperial / Double
Wheat and oats in the malt is key to the overall vibe. Light, fresh, super smooth feel. Bright, tropical fruit juice, honeydew melon, sweet citrus, and sour earth notes from the grain bill. A rather lovely balance of hop flavor's. Slight wet earth fin.

Working through these beers Jay gave me, I chose another Equilibrium beer and opted for a double IPA. Using a tulip glass, I served the beer at 44 degrees. The pour created a frothy and creamy two-fingered off-white head with excellent retention. The slow dissipation left lots of lacing on the glass. An amber yellow with straw yellow hues charting the color around SRM 6. This is a hazy beer with some carbonation on the sides. The appearance of this beer is excellent.
Nosing the glass, I smell oranges, wheat, cereal grains, lightly toasted malts, grapefruit, floral esters, pineapple, hints of grass, honeydew, malty sweetness, and bready.
I taste orange peel, lemons, cereal grains, lightly toasted malts, grapefruit, floral esters, pineapple, hints of grass, mangos, honeydew, dankness, bready, and wheat.
The mouthfeel is astringent and soft. The body is medium-plus, has medium carbonation, and finishes long.
A tasty DNEIPA! Big flavors with a soft and creamy palate. I enjoyed this beer. It was perfect for this bipolar weather we are having.

Pours a murky lemon yellow with a decent, fluffy head tat eventually faded to nothing. Subtle, citrusy aroma is enticing. Flavorwise, I get some light honeydew melon and a bit of grapefruit pith - but its dominated by a pleasant, lingering, slightly dank hoppiness. One of the best Equilibrium brews I've had to date and worthy of a purchase.

Served in a Tulip glass from the can (canned March 2021).
Appearance: Hazy yellow with light bubbles or the body with a subtle white head which rose Marley one finger's length off the body.
Smell: Light floral aroma which dissipates quickly. Malt notes have a grassy feel to the nose.
Taste: Bitter yet heavy floral. Feel almost like I'm drinking a baguette, you feel the light yeast notes and has a semi sweetness to it.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with a semi fun body. One percent a pallate cleanser.
Overall: Good brew, in my opinion not mind blowing but then again I wish i had it fresh. Still enjoyable, Salud!
