From the EQ Instagram post: “Fractal Lab is our series that uses a simple fractal grain bill to explore simple hop expression and applies experimental techniques to hops we want to know better in this experimental parameter space. For the next beer in the series, we chose our hand selected Mosaic for both the whirlpool and dry hop while applying our energy process.
Fractal Lab Mosaic pours glowing yellow with big aromatic notes of complex berries, vibrant citrus, candied orange, and key lime pie. Flavors of mandarin orange, drippy peach flesh, mango candy, and complex berry coat the tongue with pops of bright lime and pine forest supported by a light, round, and resinous finish.”
Enjoyable, though better on the nose than the palate.
