Fractal Nelson investigates the interplay between our hand selected Nelson Hops, our revised hopping processes, and simple pale malt base. Fractal Nelson pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing aromas of white wine grapes, ripe honeydew melon, lime smarties candies, and New Zealand fields of blooming grass. The taste follows the nose with a flowable mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness.
