Pours a very hazy straw color with 3 fingers of whippy pearl colored head. Fantastic head retention & lacing
S: Oranges, vanilla & marshmallow, fades a little as the beer warms
T: Sweet & tart oranges, vanilla, dryness, a hint of lime up front. Bitter & sweet orange, a little marshmallow & more lime as this beer warms up, along with pineapple notes. Finishes with sweet orange, pineapple, a little dryness & some marshmallow
MF: medium body, moderate carbonation, good balance, some acidity once warm
I liked this one, easy to drink, I do like a well-executed Milkshake style IPA

16 oz. Can
Canned On: Jul 28 21
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind, and some floaties. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, nectarines, guava), with some pretty nice marshmallow/vanilla notes. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, nectarines, guava), pretty nice marshmallow/vanilla, pretty nice little sweetness, pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!

From a 16oz can dated July 28, 2021 and labeled as a Double IPA with Marshmallow, Vanilla and Orange. Pours an amber-orange color; hazy with fine, white particles suspended in the beer. Nose screams candied marshmallow, as does the sickly sweet palate. A rare EQ miss for me. If you adore marshmallows, maybe you will like this beer. But I poured it down the drain.
