High Density Hop Charge Triple Citra Daydream Imperial Oat Cream
It's Freaky Friday on Halloween weekend! We swapped recipes with our homies Other Half Brewing Company and brewed their HDHC Triple Citra Daydream and here in Middletown to celebrate. HDHC is a term Sam from OH came up with on a trip to New Zealand to highlight the High Density Hop Charge process of using new special high density hop products.
This is the hoppiest beer out of Equilibrium. EVER. Using a big base of wheats and oats, we used an all Citra combo of our hand selected Citra, Citra Incognito, and Citra LUPOMAX to make out biggest dry-hopped beer to date. To meet Daydream criteria, we finished with a touch of lactose.
HDHC Triple Citra Daydream pours opaque and vivid yellow and has very strong aromas of futuristic mango supported by a tropical character that makes actual tropical fruit a hoppy green with envy. The flavor is explosive with notes of mango smoothie, orange juice, touch of dank grass, and melon. It's resinous and chewy with an Other Half's aggressive hoppy character that’s balanced with our #EQjuice that will have you daydreaming after each sip.

Great haziness, sweetness and juiciness in a drinkable beer. Just hsd a bit too much octane as an imperial but one was great, two probably a liability.

Tall and undated can...EQ/OH collab....sounds good to me..
Full on NEIPA hazed n juiced look, under a lasting and quality tiny bubble cap and leaves all sorts of fine lacing and froth.
Soft and complex tropical fruit infused sniff.
Soft and inviting, well rounded and infused with an array of tropical fruit goodness....notes of melon, pineapple, mango, kiwi and ginger/lime in the finish...yup...full send here from the over the top team mates of EQ and OH, two of the best.....if you see this at your local....dont pass it up....mighty fine stuff
