Our latest iteration in our dHop series explores a new fermentation profile for the first time and looks to build on the results of dHop 34 dry hop technique. dHop 37 uses flaked oats and flaked wheat, an Idaho7 and Mosaic whirlpool and a huge dry hop of 100% Citra. dHop 37 pours an electric yellow, releasing bright tropical notes of citrus slices, fresh melon, stonefruit, lime and berries with an #EQjuice finish all wrapped up in an incredibly soft mouthfeel.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: OCT 14 21
Almost 4 months on this can.
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, melon, stonefruit, lime, guava), with some pretty nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, melon, stonefruit, lime, guava), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but has additional hints of gooseberries and lychee.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of lime.
