Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, fair lacing, very clear light golden blond color
Nose lots of pilsner malt, grainy sweet, a bit doughy cereal, straw, fair herbal spicy hop notes, clean
Taste brings more pilsner malt up front, grainy-sweet doughy malt, cereal, straw, a hint of corn, getting to a med bitterness with herbal earthy then spicy hops, soft lager, clean, with a med spicy hop crisp bitterness on the finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med frothy carb
Overall not much to say, fair straight forward pilsner, good lagering, nice pilsner malt up front, good hop levels and crisp finish that lean towards Czech style, but nice pilsner all around

Made with hops from a mountainous region often dusted with blankets of snow, we bring you our latest pilsner. Snow Cap pours a crystal clear yellow with a billowy head gift wrapping aromas and flavors of biscuit, lavender, lemon, and holiday spice before a clean bitterness and crisp finish gets you ready for the next sip.” While I’m not at sure if this is a Czech or German Pilsner in style, it is fresh & crisp. Well done!
