The Folding Technique, Ombre Tie method, Sunburst, Gradiation, Sponge Technique…. There are dozens of methods that can be used while making a Tie-Dye shirt. It’s literally a science. In case you’re wondering how we became Tie-Dye Scientists, we can explain. For the last year or so, every Friday, our production and packaging team has dressed in Tie-Dye to mark the end of the week. It’s a thing around here. We decided to celebrate that by making an easy drinking crusher to cheers our team and it had to be released on a Friday.
Tie-Dye Science starts off with a nice base of oats and wheat before a T90 and Lupomax Citra and Mosaic hop bill for both the whirlpool and dry hop.
Aromas and flavors of orange slices, papaya, pink starburst, lime gummies lead into a bright juicy finish with a touch of hoppy bitterness all wrapped up in a creamy mouthfeel. Perfect to welcome you into the weekend.

Appearance: On draft. Very hazy gold with an inch of fine white foam that was very sticky and long-lasting.
Aroma and Taste: Typical tropical fruit IPA. Fresh squeezed OJ plus orange zest. A touch of lemon and lime juices. Papaya. Hoppy bitterness. Notes of recently cut grass.
Feel: Very juicy. Crisp. Medium-high carbonation.
Overall: Lovely IPA.

Pours a very hazed gold with some floaties, & two fingers of eggshell colored head
S: Passionfruit, peaches, hints of green apple
T: Follows the nose, dryness. pears, hints of white grape musk & little lemon up front. Some grainy millet notes, apple skins, dryness & more white grapes & a little pomelo once warm. Finishes with some pineapple & tangerine notes, dryness, a little pomelo
Medium body, carbonation starts out firm & then smooths out, pretty good balance. Body thins out a bit
Drinks alright, strange combo of flavors. Would work better in the summer than now

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace. It smelled of melon, orange, grapefruit and sweet caramel. Great tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
