Our latest iteration in our dHop series refines the secondary fermentation profile of dHop 38 with an enhanced carbon source and applies the dHop 37 dry hop technique. dHop 39 uses flaked oats and flaked wheat, an Idaho7 and mosaic WP, and a huge dry hop of 100% citra. dHop 39 pours an electric yellow, releasing a refined ester profile and bright tropical notes of our signature rainbow melon, peach, mango, and citrus slices with a huge #EQjuice finish and soft mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy orange yellow with an ample foamy head and a lot of lacing.
Smells of grassy piney hops with some citrus.
Tastes of sweet malt, mildly bitter grapefruit, orange and melon with a barely bitter finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.
This is a very drinkable smooth and juicy NEIPA.

Pours a very cloudy, opaque golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is good as is lacing. Nice, juicy citrus aroma with some mango and melon and other tropical aromas. Nice, creamy texture on the taste with juicy citrus, mild acidity, mango, melon, and a little earthy bitterness on the end. Medium to heavy bodied with moderate carbonation.

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned on 12/13/21. Pours a very attractive orange yellow with a finger sticky white head that leaves plenty of thin lines with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is white grapes, apricot, peach, mango, and grapefruit rind. 4
Taste follows grapes, peach, apricot, mango, and a little grapefruit bitterness. 4
Mouthfeel is above average, maybe a little dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 8.5% it goes down easy enough, but loaded with flavor. 4.25
Overall this is solid for sure, but was hoping for more. So many people rave about these guys and always solid, but never dazzle me personally. 4
