12/29/21 stamped on bottom due of label. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Pale hazy yellow with frothy 1-2 white head with good retention and craggy, sticky lacing.
S: Aroma seems subdued and mostly brings lime and minty, herbal notes on a generic background of citrus. Esters are light and fruity.
T: Flavor improves a notch or two with a deluge of lime, orange, and white grapefruit giving way to some resin and darkness with melon and lemongrass in the finish. Esters are light but supportive with more fruity character. Alcohol is well-hidden. Bitterness is low-medium but shows in the finish. Aftertaste is light pale malt and grassy hop notes.
M: Medum-bodied with a soft, slightly tacky finish.
O: A fine NEIPA that plays hard in the softer citrus flavors.

Pours a milky light orange with a small fluffy head and moderate lacing.
Smells of slightly dank grassy piney hops with some citrus.
Tastes of lightly dank, tart and styptic grapefruit and sweeter orange with a slightly bitter finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Light smooth mouthfeel.
This is a very drinkable, well balanced, semi juicy, mild mannered NEIPA.
