Double Fractal Circular Inversion is the newest from our Double Fractal Series. It brings you all the goodness of our Fractal and Super Fractal series but in DIPA format. Named after the famous Circular Inversion Set pictured on the label, we combined a simple 2-row base malt bill, and a mix of some of our favorite New Zealand hops highlighting our hand selected Nelson and Riwaka. Pouring a vivid yellow, a dominant ripe tropical dank mango profile leads into supporting notes of papaya, lime and berry with a hint of green grape, Grassy New Zealand fields during a picnic, and our signature #EQjuice finish.

Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice cloudy yellow/orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, apricots, nectarines, peach, melon, papaya), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, apricots, nectarines, peach, melon, papaya), a nice little sweetness, very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!

IPA - Imperial / Double
Excellent depth of hop flavor from these NZ two hop combo. Fresh and leafy, stinky, lupilin coated coney goodness. Herbal, grassy, leafy with big doses of lime and tangy tropical fruits. Grainy malt bill is balanced right on the level.
