Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned March 4th 2022.

Straight up simple dull orange body, but not a turbid mess with a classic three finger tall bright white head, fluffy and big that wont budge. Decent looking NEIPA but stays out of murky swamp water and out of control or lacking head appearances.

That aroma though is large, complex and beautiful. Floral and tropical bombing, like a trip to the first floor mall perfume counter of almost violets and roses mixing a touch of pineapple paradise. Some more complexity of soft spruce tips, and some woody herbs. Everything else fades in the distance but none to care either way looking for more than this.

The palate takes another superb turn. The mouthfeel on this is nearly perfection, a balance of light bodied but super creamy and rich, one that I can't seem to wrap my head around. It only amplifies a superb hop profile that even makes more surprises. Creamed orange citrus and a bonanza of hop flavors. Soft florals and rich malt vanilla like sweetness with a tinge of tropical light mushed fruit and pina colada density. There is even a near touch of almost playful carbonation on this to make it even more livelier.

This is one of the most impressive IPAs I have had in awhile.

Brewery description: Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Foam Brewers, this 8.5% DDH DIPA is brewed with Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, Mosaic Lupomax, Citra t-90s, and Mosaic t-90s in the whirlpool, and then dry hopped with Strata, Citra Lupomax, Mosaic Lupomax, Citra t-90s, and Mosaic Lupomax.

From an 11-day-old can, pours a very hazy light orange. Big head of white foam leaves thick lacing. Smell is initially dominated by papaya and citrus, before transitioning to more earthy, musky Citra notes. Taste follows. Light bitterness in the finish. This is a fantastic beer.
