Barrel Aged Honey Comb Conjecture spent 14 months in a Blanton's bourbon barrel for we conditioned it on Waffle Cones, Honey, Vanilla, Caramel, and Honey Roasted Peanuts. A viscous pour leads to bourbon nose with imaginary scoops of peanut butter ice cream hugged by a giant waffle cone. We get flavors of bakers chocolate, nutty caramel turtles, do-si-dos Girl Scout cookies, and bourbon glazed peanut M&M’s. This beer has a notable barrel presence before a smooth honey finish.

Look - Look - Pours a thick looking black color with a small dark brown head that disappears in a few seconds. Decent lacing when swirled.
Smell - Honey, caramel, waffle cone, and light peanut and bourbon.
Taste - Honey, caramel, and light peanut and bourbon.
Feel - Nicely creamy, smooth, easy drinking at 11%ABV.
Overall - This is a good stout. Some of the flavors listed on the bottle seem subdued, but my rating is based on what I'm tasting.

Milk chocolate, waffle cone and vanilla biscuity, sweet honey-roasted peanuts, and a subtle, barrel boozy nose on this one! Taste follows with a thicc and viscous, milk chocolate covered candy bar with peanuts, caramel, and honey upfront...and then a balanced, barrel boozy finish. Of course with EQ stouts, you want a little more barrel influence, but they did a good job with balancing everything out with this one! Really good!
