Starting off with a tremendous oat and wheat base, we doubled up on Incognito hops for first time in the whirlpool using heavy-hitters Citra and Mosaic Incognito along with Citra and Amarillo t-90s. We then finished off with a dry hop of Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, Belma, Mosaic, and Galaxy.
Infinity Polar Vortex pours deep bright yellow and has a strong nose of resinous pineapple, bright citrus, grass, and a touch of apple candy. This fruit punch smoothie packs a medley of fresh squeezed OJ, deep papaya, Anjou pear, melon, and candied lime, with complex assorted berry notes throughout.

Picked up a single can of this from Pinon. Might be the best thing I've had from Equilibrium.
Pours a hazy yellow. 1/3" white head. Good nose with like a half dozen different hops, most of which come off as aroma hops, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy doing all the citrus and tropical good stuff notes. Amarillo and Columbus keeping it relatively traditional (even if many of us remember when those were new hops).
The taste was sawft in a complimentary way, instead of just a brutal assault, this one had some orange julius aura to it. The mouth feel is absolutely top tier elite stuff, this is how you do hazy ipa, much less in such a big abv package, hides it well, supports the big industrial hop complex. Creamy citrus, no rind, light pineapple. Doesn't really go heavy on the tropical fruit notes, just there in a supporting role and it works really well. Lighter nuance keeps coming into the picture, light barlett pear note, hay, orange, quite the semblance. Go figure, I bought 2 cases of 4 packs, none were bad, but none were as good as this one.

Served in a snifter glass from the can.
Appearance: Hazy pale gold color with a white head rising half a fingers length off the body.
Smell: floral aroma which dissipates very quickly.
Taste: Complex floral feel with doses of hops and chunks of melon.
Mouth: Touch dry. Full body with a slight bite to the end of the sip.
Overall: Great pick up. Very full bodied IPA which is hard to keep the glass down. Salud!

On draft.
Sweet like Blackstack. Mango, papaya, melon, orange. A bit of the abv is showing. Earthy, grassy, bitter finish. A bit creamy.

16oz can dated 3/29/22.
Pours cloudy gold with a short-lived head of white. Moderate retention and lacing. Pungently tropical in the nose with peach, pineapple, mango, and pear. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Pineapple, peach, and mango on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes a bit sweet with lingering juicy tropicals.

Opaque medium golden yellow color with thin, dense, cream colored lacing. Aroma is pineapple, spicy pineapple rind, spicy sweet grapefruit rind, some onion, and a little garlic which all translates directly to the flavor profile. Big body, chewy, finishes dry on the back of the tongue, and no warming on the way down whatsoever. This is fantastic and recommended.
