Following up from our last collab Lab Tubes, we are back at it with our friends from Homes to create a brand new beer using our Incognito process.
Lab Flasks uses flaked wheat, white wheat, flaked oats, and oat malt to lay the base for a large Citra Incognito, Citra, and Strata whirlpool before we dry-hopped this beer with Citra LUPOMAX, Citra, Strata, and Michigan Copper.
Pouring bright milky yellow, hop saturated aromas of orange creamsicles and pineapple dominant before flavors of assorted citrus, Hawaiian Punch, honeydew melon, cannabis, lime nerds candy, dank earthiness, and a pop of rainbow melon.

Cloudy pale yellowish grey brew with sticky foam in the Duvel nonic. Tastes of lime peel with some orange and peach in the background. That plus the dark, glowering sweet 'n' hoppy murk. Sprity, fruity, and sharp, but not overly acidic. Moderately bitter with citrus peel aftertaste. I would not object so much to the New England takeover if more hazies were like this. Overall it's quite drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Sheas on the West Coast.

Growler into pint glass. Pours a murky dark honey-gold color with a big blocky off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is creamy pineapple, orange, maybe a little pine resin, dank earthiness, and light caramel. Mouthfeel is soft and creamy. Finish is somewhat sweet, but not cloying. Overall, a pretty decent NEIPA.

A 1 pint can, canned on 5th April 2022, poured into a winebar glass.
Appearance: A nice bright hazy orange colour, with a just over one finger white head that had good retention and left nice lacing.
Aroma: Juicy, dank, pineapple, mango, orange juice, orange zest.
Taste: Light to moderate sweetness, tropical and citrus juicy, mango, pineapple, melon, orange rind, candied citrus, with light dank and bitter notes.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, smooth, medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Balanced sweet and bitter flavours with lots of juicy and dank notes. Easy to drink and very enjoyable.

Awesome beer that highlights both strata and citra hops. Strawberry, bubblegum, dank, spicy herbal, and of course a nice little tropical citrus blend in the midst of everything. Feel is medium carbonation. Overall, a great IPA that I would gladly have again.

1st Review. I'm stunned how good this is. From Middletown NY to Middletown NJ.
a) Grapefruit type hazed body w slick lace and last.
s) Wood, melon, citrus, balance, pepper.
t) More and larger of the aroma, with more shellac and pine sap, spice, and pepper.
f) The pepper works in the bite.
o) Piquant, perfection.
