Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy citrusy notes with some light tropical fruit notes with hoppy floral undertones. Taste is also a mix of juicy hoppy undertones with some citrusy notes and some hoppy floral hops undertones and light tropical fruit notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA with a nice tropical twist.

Lasting creamy head and creamy mouthfeel, more so in the last third of the can. Taste what you expect from Strata-coconut milk. Can from the source sold to us 10 weeks after canning.
