Phantasm is innovative new product we’ve been quite excited to get our hands on and we are happy to announce its release. Phantasm wad created by Jos Ruffell, owner of Garage Project in New Zealand, Phantasm is made from ground up Marlborough, New Zealand Sauv Blanc grapes. These grapes which are known for their extremely rich thiol precursors unlock intense fruity flavors during fermentation, which adds a bold and bright saturated tropical note to the beer. We were stoked to work with this innovative product and especially excited to see how it mingles with our #EQjuice profile and Energy treatment. Using our hand selected Citra, Nelson, and Phantasm, we get intense notes of tropical gummy bears, papaya, white wine, berries, NZ earth.
