Notes:
Using an assortment of varieties, we set out to find the Function of Mosaic. We started off with our TIPA base loaded with oats and wheat before an all mosaic hop bill using Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Lupomax, and Mosaic T-90s. Mosaic function pours deep yellow with aromas of tropical yuzu, citrus, apricot, and forest with pronounced flavors of assorted citrus, papaya, green skittles, blueberry skins and the faintest whisp of pine. The aforementioned flavors paired with our creamy base, our melon forward EQ juice profile.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy deep golden/yellow color ale with a small foamy head with light retention and minimal alcing. Aroma of hoppy citrusy notes with some boozyt notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of citrusy floral shops notes with some faint juicy notes and boozy notes also perceptible. Body is full with low carbonation. Lacking balance with boozy notes too noticeable.

Pours a very cloudy, opaque golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. Has a very nice juicy tropical aroma with hints of piney resin. On the taste, there is tropical citrus and papaya with a very mild piney resin. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Equilibrium again doesn't disappoint.

Exquisite! What a joy to find. Very special mosaic showcase in imperial form. Fantastic balance, poise, and nuance in flavor here. Suuper vegetal, piney, grassy, resinous and intense nose, layered, unique fruit and deeply finessed wheaty/oaty mid note, and impressive herbal, exotic finish that defies description. Think mint, cantelope, candied orange, blueberry. Mosaic always impresses with these evasive flavors. Wonderfully nimble carrying its gravity and alcohol. Tremendously delicious and engaging brew. A favorite of mine from Equilibrium. One of the most crushable but refined TIPA’s of late. Thanks!

Poured into chilled pint glass. Hazy orange color. Very drinkable with a smooth hoppy bite. 10% abv not noticeable and this is one of my favorites from the equilibrium crew. If you see it but it. I only drink triples and this one is a keeper!

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy yellow/orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves a pretty nice medium size island and some pretty nice thick/creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, apricots, nectarines, papaya, guava, mango, tropical yuzu, blueberry, melon), some pine, very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, apricots, nectarines, guava, papaya, mango, tropical yuzu, blueberry, melon), some pine, a pretty nice little sweetness, very nice diesel like. Full Body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Very easy drinker at 10% abv.. Definitely worth checking out. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!
