We are excited to bring you our very first collaboration with Brooklyn’s Grimm Artisanal Ales. Einstein’s Lambo utilizes a blended hop schedule from our flagship beer MC² and Grimm’s Cult Classic Lambo Door. Hazy and bright in color, welcoming aromas of saturated mango, grapefruit, and peach build into flavors of succulent mango juice that switches lanes to a passionfruit and lime melon smoothie. The twists and turns of flavors end with a pop of our rainbow melon #EQjuice finish.

Canned 7/29/22 (4+ months ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium to pale yellow color with a massive white head that overflows the glass. A fantastic head, but minus some for being a bit excessive (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of mango and pineapple upfront. Predominently mango. Some strawberry limeade smoothie with tropical melon notes.
Flavor: Strong and juicy flavors that follow the nose. Creamy mango and pineapple. Some sweet strawberry limeade smoothie with a tropical melon flavor. Rainbow melon? Sure. Finishes creamy and mildly sweet.
Feel: Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. A smooth and creamy body with strong carbonation that gives a bit of dryness.
Compared to Equilibrium Hubble palate 11/2022: Pours a hazier, lighter color, stronger head. Stronger aromas. More mango and pineapple cream. More strawberry limeade smoothie. Less grapefruit citrus and yeast. Winner: Einstein's Lambo
Overall: Another banger form Equilibrium. Probably World-Class. Has all of the MC2 flavors with the creamy mango and pineapple. It does have a strawberry limeade smoothie flavor too. Tons of carbonation (almost too much with the excessive head), and a soft, creamy, smooth body that gives it a dryness without being too sweet. Drinks wonderfully. (Rating: 4.50)

More of a NE/Hazy IPA than "IPA" IMO. Color is deep orange, like OJ. Head was VERY thick and had some stick around power. As a matter of fact I had to scoop out some of the head it was so thick. Nose is citrus and melon as was taste.

Joining forces with Brooklyn's Grimm Artisanal Ales, Equilibrium brewers take trends from both their MC2 and Grimm's Lambo Door to create a masterful, hazy and downright tasty IPA.
Pouring with a turbidly hazy hue that's partly gold and partly of honey, it's creamy, frothy, ivory swath of foam that garnishes the rim is even more rife with citrus, botanicals and a tropical fragrances in a clear and concise fruit cocktail kind of way. Malty rich early and often on the palate, the beer kicks off with honey and poundcake and touch of cookie dough.
As the malts continue to provide a supporting role to the favors of hops that are charged with a lively, ripe and radiant flavor on the middle palate. Red grapefruit, mandarin orange and peach jump out immediately with a plump citronella herbal succulence. A backdrop of juicy pineapple, passionfruit, melon and mango add complexity in an overstated kind of way. Trending herbal, the finishing taste is of fresh and resinous pine, green tea and a botanical gin-like bitterness.
Medium-full in body yet trending malty-dry, the malts drift partially away and the hop resins give a drying texture that highlights a spicy booze that are evaporative in a cooling effect on the throat for a rather refreshing, drinkable and effortless session from beginning to end.

Had this on draft 9/8/22 @ the Hopleaf.
Opaque orange appearance.
Nice white head; frothy, tree-rung lace.
Mango, melon, fresh ganja, mild vanilla & peach notes in the nose...WOW, this was bold.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Mango, melon & fresh ganja flavors up front; peach & vanilla notes on the finish.
BOLD AS FUCK but with a really nice fruitiness; plus balanced with some vanilla & ganja notes. Best IPA I've had in a long, long time.

Can pour into a pint glass.
Hazy yellow appearance with a moist foamy white head and moderate lacing. Tropical fruit, fruit cocktail, pineapple, dank notes. Thick mouthfeel, medium carbonation, crisp and lively on the palate.
