The Equilibrium crew started by aging a rich base in Willett bourbon barrels for 28 months. They then conditioned it on marshmallows, cacao nibs, and graham crackers for all the flavors of a s'more before amping it up with peanuts.

Look - Pours a black color with a nice head that disappears in about 10-15 seconds and just a bit of sediment.
Smell - A very nice smell of peanut butter, graham crackers, cacao, and bourbon.
Taste - A nice mix of bourbon, malt, cacao, peanut butter, and graham crackers
Feel - Somewhat dry compared to other peanut butter stouts. A very easy driking beer at 14%ABV, though I can still feel it (as expected for a beer of this strength).
Overall - One of the best peanut butter stouts I've tried (though my all-time favorite peanut butter stout is the discontinued Prairie Mo Peanut Mo Problems which is sweeter).
