This beer is incredibly complex. Sub-Zero Phantasmic Assessment pours an inviting deep yellow with aromas of white grapes, white peach, delicate clementine, macerated grape skins, newly sprouted grass, and Nerds candy all supported by a frothy vanilla egg cream.
A pulpy mouthfeel features an amazing flavor medley of Sunny D citrus drink, Sauvignon Blanc grape juice, honey dew melon, and crushed grape all atop a heavily saturated citrus backbone. Sub-Zero Phantasmic Assessment drinks like an adult creamsicle and ends with a blast of rainbow melon from our EQ juice finish.

Hitting all the hoppy buttons, Equilibrium puts together a flavor puzzle to the delight of hop heads near and far.
Pouring with a similar pastel milky gold as their other beers, the heavy silt floats a creamy eggshell froth and a radiant perfume of tropical, citrus, vinous and candied sweet scents and with an herbal bouquet of citronella. Creamy and sweet early on the palate, Sub-Zero Phantasmic Assessment kicks off with notions of poundcake, honey, cereal and sweet cream.
As the sweetness settles on the middle palate, the grain profile relaxes but the hops contributions start to rise. Bursting with branch ripe clementine backed with hints of lemon and grapefruit, the citrusy impressions soon give way to a more tropical starburst of passionfruit, guava, dragonfruit and lychee. Tightening its fruit display into a sherbet-like fruitiness, the beer slowly trends bitter in a smooth display of fresh grasses, herbs, verbena, tea, lemongrass, hemp and a hint of tangy white wine.
Full bodied early on the palate, the beer dries to a malt-leading bittersweetness in finish. Plush in its starchy and pillowy textures, the beer carries a spice of botanical gin, spruce and peppery hemp.

16oz can dated 8/2/22.
Pours cloudy yellow with an inch of dense white. Plenty of spongy lacing and persistent retention. Pungent aromatics with white grape must, hard peaches, and papaya. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Candied peach with white grapes and blood orange on the palate. Finishes with minimal malt or bitterness and lingering citrus zest.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a murky deep gold with a nice off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is juicy citrus, grape, melon, and a nice touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is soft and pillow-y. Finish is remarkably clean for a hazy DIPA. Overall, an excellent DIPA from Equlibrium!
