Collaboration with Weldwerks Brewing
Our collab with Weldwerks amps up the hop bill to near extreme levels. Using the same base with an adjusted hop schedule, Citra Incognito, Citra T-90’s and Idaho7 was added to the whirlpool with a huge dry hop of Strata, Citra, Galaxy, and Bru-1. Tera Bitrate Fluctuation pours with aromas of pineapple chunks, mango, and lime with juicy flavors of pineapple in syrup, ripe mango, lime gummy wedges, fruit punch box drink, and a touch of Anjou pear. Despite the amount of hops, this beer is extremely bright and crushable with a pulpy mouth feel and a dank lime custard note and our #EQjuice finish.

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a very hazy orange with about an inch of white fluffy head. Man, this is one thick looking IPA! The nose is full of pineapple, mango, papaya, banana, slight bready note, orange, a hint of grass.
The taste is great. Those tropical fruits make an appearance right away, but there is much more going on in the taste. Now I get orange creamsicle, citrus peel, a touch of pine, grass, pineapple, and oak. Really nice combination of flavors.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied and is quite dry. The aftertaste is predominantly citrus peel to me. Overall, a really exceptional DIPA.

Opaque dark orange body. Slow-building but solid head, with excellent retention and lacing. Very attractive brew for the style.
Lush tropical notes on the nose, accented with citrus, green kitchen herbs, and just a touch of earthy pungency. Mango, papaya, strawberry, cream, guava, tangerine.
Absolutely crushable mouthfeel, thin for the style and ABV but not unpleasant.
Tasting notes are similar to the nose, primarily tropical fruit along with some citrus. Mango, pineapple, lime, guava.
This is a fantastic NE IIPA. It's tough to stand out in this field. If you aren't bringing anything new to the table, then you'd better be able to stand on excellent execution - and Equilibrium and Weldwerks do that here.

A: Pours a murky bright milky burnt orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate dark golden yellow + bright yellow + bright orange + peach + apricot + honey colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall dense creamy foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering approximately 75% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/pineapple + tropical/mango + tropical/guava + tropical/passionfruit + citrus/lime + stone fruit/peach hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat + toasted + caramel malts with a moderate amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat + toasted + caramel malts with a moderate amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/pineapple + tropical/mango + tropical/guava + tropical/passionfruit + citrus/lime + stone fruit/peach hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate to strong lingering tropical + citrus hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable with tons of tropical + citrus hop flavors and aromas which linger well through t he finish.

A 1 pint can, with no clear canned on or best before date. Poured into a winebar glass.
Appearance: A hazy orange colour with a two finger white head that had good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: A little weak, but there’s pineapple, citrus zest, lime.
Taste: Lime, citrus zest, pineapple, candied citrus.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Aroma was a bit weak, and while flavours were interesting, they weren’t among my favourites.

Pours a very cloudy opaque golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is very good as is lacing. Has nice and juicy tropical fruit aroma with some mild piney resin and herbal quality on the end. Big juicy tropical fruit taste. There is some Mango and mild grapefruit. Mild bitterness at the end that is mainly grapefruit with a touch of piney resin. Soft mouth feel, medium bodied, mild carbonation.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a large, off-white head of foam. It left thick patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, mango, guava and orange. Sweet tropical fruit taste with a piney bitterness and toasted caramel finish.
