A collaboration with Tripping Animals Brewing Co.
We geeked out with the Tripping Animals crew and dug deep to find out where different species of organisms and animals come from. The Tree of Life is used to explain the relationships between the different species on Earth. The Tree of Life and its relationships are visualized on the label. From microorganisms, to trees, to FUNGI and ANIMALS (Chordata- more on that soon), life has evolved through time down numerous pathways to provide us with the tremendous collection of different species we see today.
Tree of Life starts its life with a generous boil before we added coconut flakes, almonds, Mostra Ghostbear coffee, and Madagascar vanilla. This beer smells like walking into the most nostalgic bake shop. Aromas of high-quality deep fudge and just baked confections lead into flavors of thick milk chocolate, crushed almonds and marzipan paste, coconut truffle, and woven notes of the most perfectly brewed cup of Sunday morning coffee. The mouthfeel is viscous with balanced flavors throughout, leading you right back into the revolving cycle of your next sip.
