Fans of our most popular collab with D96 may be pleased with this newest project as it shares the same Citra/Galaxy hop bill, but uses the latest and great advances in hop manufacturing, replacing standard Citra with Citra Incognito atop an oat and wheat base.
It's Latin For Snake Fruit pours a glowing tangerine yellow with bright aromas and flavors of pineapple, tropical fruit chunks, passionfruit, fleshy peach, and lime. Hop saturated flavors morph into a soft creamsicle flavor with a pop of #EQjuice at the finish.

A thanks to the mighty woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a hazy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, berries. Taste follows the aroma, some pineapple as well. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Citra, Galaxy, Incognito... in a world where the words don't always make sense, (even the term hazy is no longer a description of appearance, its now a flavor.) it's easy to believe that's it's all latin to you. Equilibrium isn't exactly helping with their IPA that does all of this.
It's Latin for Snake Fruit celebrates a fully turbid appearance while holding a creamy golden peach set of hues in place. It's heavy and opaque appearance upholds a creamy ivory froth that hosts a vast array of aromatics. Tropical fruit, citrus, berry, stone fruit and vinous fruit all play a part in the beer's perfumy scent ahead of a creamy sweetness of agave, shortcake, honey and cereal.
The richly textured ale coats the tongue with grain sweetness while the hop flavors start to take command of the session with tangerine, lime and red grapefruit. Not to be outdone, the citrus flavors are joined by more tropical pineapple, passionfruit, papaya and mango. Hints of red berry, white grape, cantaloupe and pawpaw can be found mingling around the stewing cereal and sweetness. Juicy and smoothly bitter, the late taste is a moderately bitter melange of fructose, fruit peels and bright, dank herb.
Full bodied but relaxing on the finish, the bitter-sweet ale finishes on the drier side of malty-dry before finishing herbal and spicy with gin-like flavors and an extended taste of fruit peel, herb and spruce.
