The dHop series was created out of investigation and experimentation. Continuing to explore, we implemented some of our newest findings in today’s creation to compare with batches past. dHop 47 is an all Citra beer for both the whirlpool and dry hop, along with our Energy Treatment, which brings out the best of the hops' aromas and flavors.
dHop 47 pours an opaque, bright yellow with a fruit cocktail, ripe mango, and creamy orange push pop nose. A melody of mango juice nectar, bright orange marmalade, and assorted citrus Piña Colada lime tiki drink morph into waves of #EQjuice rainbow melon. Notes of citrus island punch are met with a balanced hoppy bite to round out your sip.

Pours a very hazed gold with 2+ fingers of eggshell colored head. Sheets of lacing & good head retention
S: Tropical & citrus fruits, they persist from beginning to end
T: Green melon, tangerine, lime, a little grassyness & passion fruit, plus dryness up front. Grapefruit surfaces as this warms up, more lime, a touch of pomelo as well, plus some acidity. Finishes juicy with grapefruit & lime, plus a little dryness
MF: Medium body, fairly subdued carbonation, good balance, some citric acidity on the tongue
Easy drinker, pretty juicy, I like these a little sweeter, but would be in my rotation if available here

Great looking beer but cold out of the fridge it was ok. After warming, it was still ok. That’s usually my first test, it’s got to be great in both departments. It was just ok.
This one seemed to have all the attributes of a great beer, great looks, good smell, good taste, nice feel - but just seemed like it fell a little short in all these departments.
Overall, not my best Equilibrium, but still enjoyable to drink. Not bad, far from great. Will re-evaluate on my second can. Cheers!
