Baker's chocolate, hint of cinnamon grahams, vanilla-marshmallow, and a subdued bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with some milk chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and a cacao nib bitter finish. There's not much barrel to be found here...even as it warms. There is also a slightly off-putting all-spice/nutmeg bitter vibe that shows up kind of clunky on the backend as it warms. It helps that it is soft and fluffy on the palate, however. Decent.
