We introduce Barrel Aged Hygge Time, a collaboration with @eviltwinbrewingnyc. Following 32 months in two Handy barrels, we blended both imperial stouts together and added macadamia nuts, honey, and marshmallow to this already viscous imperial stout. Barrel-forward, rich flavors of chocolate cake batter, marshmallow butter pecan, and caramel-glazed macadamia nuts lead with a touch of clover honey, joined together by a creamy texture that absolutely coats the palate in layers of flavor. Each sip finishes with shimmers of barrel toast, mild baking spice, and sweet bourb0n-rye layered bonbons, making this the perfect companion for some hygge time of your own.

Look - Pours a nice black color but is somewhat flat with a small head.
Smell - Smells of cake batter, macadamia nuts, and marshmallow. I'm not really getting the barrel aging or the honey, but it's decent.
Taste - Marshmallow, chocolate cake batter, macadamia nuts, and just a touch of honey. I'm not tasting the barrel aging, but the taste is good.
Feel - Has a very think creamy feel to it. Goes down SUPER easy for an 18% beer. I'm surprised this is 18%, it tastes like much less.
Overall - This beer is good. I like it.
