When the beer legends from @omnipollo asked us to be part of the Three Times Three collaboration along with @rootandbranchbrewing, @fidensbrewing, @greencheekbeer, @weldwerksbrewing, and @vitaminseabrewing we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to brew this seven-way collab with our own unique EQ twist. Our TIPA, uses a 40% adjunct grain bill for the first time and a brand new hop bill featuring Idaho 7, Citra, Citra Lupomax, Riwaka, and Motueka.
Bright aromas of mixed tropical fruit, lime candy, and apricot custard lead to creamy flavors of citrus wedges, mango juice, lemon lime spritz, earthy grass, and papaya custard, all wrapped up with an assorted melon #EQjuice finish and a deceivingly smooth finish that you’ve come to expect from EQ TIPA’s.

A - Dark medium golden orange, totally opaque like fruit juice, and dense creamy white bubbly lacing. Carbonation is low to none.
S - Big apricot and tropical fruit (mango, guava), and some resiny lime.
T - All fruit from start to finish: Mango, guava, apricot, papaya, sweet red grapefruit, a little bit of lime, and some piney bitterness at the very end.
M - Big chewy, pillowy soft body, and semi-dry on the finish while "bone dry" on the back of the tongue.
O - This held up really well for being two months old. It's fruity / citrusy now at 2 months so it must have been insanely juicy over a month ago. Still worth checking out? => Yes. Beware, ABV is well-hidden.

Looks like the same beer as pictured, but I have this as a 10.1 abv TIPA. Orange and tan hues. Cloudy, mild head and lacing. Smell is citrusy, slight dank bitter undercurrent. Taste is citrusy and tropical, a mild piney bitterness in the background. Mouth watering finish, full bodied, assertive alcohol presence. Better than rated.

Can into pint glass. Pours a hazy dark gold color with a persistent bright white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is sweet and juicy citrus, peach, mango, and tropical fruits. Mouthfeel is thick and smooth; alcohol is fairly well hidden. Finish fades to slightly spicy citrus. Quite enjoyable.
