The EQ crew started with a rich beer aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 24 months. They conditioned it on maple coated peanuts and maple syrup for a treacly flavor that melts into the cocoa-y Stout. Finally, they rounded it all out with coconut, marshmallow, and Madagascar vanilla.

Look - Pours a thick looking black color with a small dark brown head that disappears in a few seconds. Decent lacing when swirled.
Smell - Maple syrup, bourbon, marshmallow, coconut, and maybe some light peanut. This is one of the best maple syrup stouts I've smelled.
Taste - Maple syrup, bourbon, marshmallow, and some light peanut. Easily one of the best maple stouts I've tried.
Feel - Wonderfully creamy, perfectly sweet, very easy drinking for 17%ABV.
Overall - I had low expectations for this beer because I've never particularly cared much for maple stouts, and the BA score was only 4.11. But that was only after 3 reviews, and I think is a fantastic maple stout! I even prefer it to the Horus Greatestest Maple.

8 ball black with a surprisingly present dark tan to brown head, though it dies quickly to a fluid, slightly syrupy surface.
Sweet af, and a little hot, I get candy bar nougat with cream cheese frosting and peanut.
Thiccy thicc, but kind of painful in spite of that.
