Say hello to Nuclear Nectar, our first DIPA with pineapple puree. Biting into a piece of fruit that’s perfectly ripe and bursting with sweetness is like experiencing a symphony of flavors exploding on your taste buds. We aimed to create a hop-forward DIPA with a blast of hops fused with the flavors of sinking your teeth into the yummiest pineapple.
Using a blended grain bill and a whirlpool of Idaho-7, we dry-hopped Citra, Galaxy, and BRU-1 for tropical punch, finishing things with 1200 lbs of pineapple puree.
Aromas of pineapple sorbet, tropical mango, and orange lime tang greet the senses before flavors of dole whip, pineapple chunks in syrup, and dank mango orange juice with green Sixlets. Creamy in texture and extremely drinkable, each sip is balanced by a hoppy bite and an assorted melon #EQjuice finish, blending a fusion of sweet and tangy tropical flavors in each sip.

Pours a hazed gold with 2+ fingers of fluffed up ivory colored head. Okay head retention & lacing
S: Plenty of pineapple, a little vanilla &green melon late
T: Follows the nose, some vanilla, a little dryness, hints of green melon up front. Powdery dryness, tangerine & pineapple as this beer warms up. Finishes with an acidic pineapple bite, some sweetness to, cryo hops & a little green melon
MF: Medium body, fairly smooth carbonation, good balance
Not bad, just need some more complexity to elevate it

Light yellow color with a 4F head. Can Date : 4/30/24 initial aroma rich pineapple. The pineapple taste is overdone: followed by a very pungent/hoppy finish. With EQ it’s either hit or miss. No balance in this beer.
