Poured a hazy light colored honey.
Nice head that dissipates within a minute to a nice ring and some thin foam. Nice lacing.
Aroma is citrus and predominantly orange.
Taste is nice, the citrus is strong followed by the bitterness of the hops and then the alcohol. The alcohol comes through on this one, on some DIPAs it’s a bit more hidden.
Some DIPAs are a bit more syrupy, but this one not so much.
Overall a nice IPA from Equilibrium, but probably nowhere near the best

This review is contingent on emptying the contents of a pint can into a clear glass liter mug. The liquid is dark, dull and hazy amber. There was little off-white head and it lasted seconds. It has that mixed mash of starches aroma, with oats and wheat competing with what barley malt there is. The hopping is reminiscent of citrus rind, at least to the nose. Its taste is close to West Coast IPA bitter, as the hops expand from citrus rind to complexly piney as well. The ABV burns a little, to the point of a distraction. Even for a modern American IPA and their usual rejection of barley malt, this drinks too thinly to comfortably carry the hops and the alcohol. It's a one note taste show and even bitter hop lovers might find this lacking any other attributes. Go for it, if you don't mind an alcohol burn, thin body and absence of complementary malt to this solidly bitterly hopped brew.

A - Opaque dark medium golden orange with a bright white, frothy head resting on top that sticks to the sides of the glass.
S - Orange citrus, tangerine, some lime, and a small shot of citrus zestyness.
T - Citrus pulpyness, orange, some lime, and grapefruit. Starts pulpy fruity sweet and ends with a citrus bitterness while still retaining the sweetness.
M - Big pillowy soft, chewy body that ends semi-dry finish.
O - Solid middle of the road.

Pours cloudy orange color with a 2 finger thick creamy white head that faded slowly and left decent lacing. Smells of tangerine, orange peel, lemon zest, faint grapefruit, biscuit and peppery spices. A very timid nose for an Equilibrium brew. Tastes of tangerine, bitter red grapefruit, lemon, orange juice, lime, dry chalky yeast, starfruit, caramel, wheat bread and trailing floral notes.

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy yellow/orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, apricots, nectarines, peach, melon, papaya), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, apricots, nectarines, peach, melon, papaya), a nice little sweetness, very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!
