The beer formally known as _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. Someone was all shook up about the name of one of our top beers, so although the recipe has not changed, the name has. This beer was originally conceptualized when Karl and Evan came up from Florida to visit, and we spoke about adding lots of banana, peanuts, and marshmallow to make this king-inspired stout a true hit.
Fall From Grace pours jet black with a beautiful mocha foam and a full peanut butter and marshmallow nose. An imperial stout fit for a king, Fall From Grace is decadent and incredibly viscous. Flavors of fudge brownie, marshmallow fluff, and creamy banana pudding are complemented with spoonfuls of peanut butter cups and a velvety and luscious milkshake-like finish that helps coat the tongue, making this truly a dessert in a glass.

Wow! This is an intense, pleasurable drinking experience that’s true to form. Dark, almost oily out of the bottle with a 1/4” creamy head. Tiny bit of peanut butter odor, and yes, I also got marshmallow and banana, though it didn’t punch me in the face. And it is a little bit sweet, but not obnoxiously so; same could be said about the 11% ABV. But, reader, it just got better as I sipped my way through the 500 ml. We drink stouts because of how they finish, not how they start, and this one ran away from the pack like 1973 Triple Crown Winner Secretariat. It was worth the premium price…!
