Behold, a brand new beer in our Double Fractal series, Double Fractal Pinwheel. Our Double Fractal Series brings you the very best of our Fractal and Super Fractal series in the form of a DIPA. A fractal is a never-ending pattern of infinitely complex designs that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop. This particular pinwheel fractal, seen on the label, is a non-periodic tiling discovered by Charles Radin. They are the first known non-periodic tilings to each have the property that their tiles appear in infinitely many orientations.
Following the 2-row base, Double Fractal Pinwheel was hopped with Strata, Nelson, and Galaxy. Pouring juicy tangerine in color, we get aromas of tropical fruit and just-pressed OJ, followed by flavors of grove stand OJ, mango papaya milkshake, pineapple peach rings, and assertive dank hoppy grass with a rainbow melon #EQjuice finish that will have your tastebuds spinning in their very own orientations.

From a can dated 5/21/24 so probably a bit past its prime. Nonetheless, a solid NE DIPA.
